You can earn Points through a variety of activities:

• Making a purchase = 1 Point per $1 spent (excl. tax & shipping)
• Creating an account = 50 Points
• Signing up for Email = 50 Points
• Signing up for SMS = 50 Points
• Birthday reward = 100 Points (must be added to profile)
• Anniversary reward = 100 Points (Based on Account Creation)

As you earn Points, you unlock new loyalty tiers with increasing benefits:

• Bronze (0–199 Points)
• Silver (200-399 Points)
• Gold (400 + Points)

Your tier is valid for 12 months from the date it’s earned.

Redeeming is simple. Just log into your account, shop like usual, and choose your reward at checkout. You’ll see available discounts based on your current point balance.

Yes — points expire 12 months after they are earned. Don’t worry, we’ll send you reminders before they do.

When you refer a friend using your unique link:

• Your friend gets 10% off their first order of $100 or more
• You get 10% off your next order of $100 or more

You can find your referral link in your account dashboard. Self-referrals don’t count. You cannot combine referrals links with affiliate codes.

Reward discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless specifically stated.

If you return items, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
