How It Works
We work with everybody from professional teams in the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL down to local town and club programs. Our process is the same for everybody.
1. Submit Your Inquiry Form
Our team will review your submission and advise on next steps. We typically respond within 48-72 hours.
2. Customize With Our Team
Work with our team to understand our inventory and customization options to finalize your order.
3. Receive Your Team Kit
Once your quantities are confirmed and your order is submitted, we will ship your shoes and customization kits your way.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity begins at 16 units.
Which shoes am I able to customize?
Our Team & Custom Sales program allows you to choose from our existing inventory of shoes available. Our team is happy to provide the most appropriate options for your needs.
Can I customize the shoe colors?
Not at this time, unfortunately. We customize using our current available inventory, which you can view on our website.
What type of logo do I need to provide?
We require a vector file of your logo (.ai, .svg, or .eps). This ensures the highest quality result. If you don’t have a vector version, we may be able to help convert it.
How long does the entire process typically take?
Within 3-5 days we can provide you with design options and available inventory. If we have total size availability for your needs, the entire process can typically take 3-4 weeks from start to finish.
How is payment handled?
Once your order is finalized, we will provide an invoice for payment. After your payment is received your order will be released and shipped. Payment options include credit card or bank transfer, among others.
Can I customize kids' sizes?
Currently, we're only able to offer customization kits for our adult sizing.
How will our order arrive?
Shoes are shipped in boxes of approximately 8 pairs per carton to your designated shipping address. Custom decals or tags are shipped separately with clear instructions on how to apply them.
Please note: we do not ship orders individually to each team member’s home.
