KANE Footwear Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 6.3.2025
Welcome to the KANE Footwear Rewards Program ("Program"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program, operated by KANE Footwear (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age with a valid email address. By participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements. KANE reserves the right to request proof of age or identity.
2. Enrollment
To enroll, you must create a customer account at https://kanefootwear.com. There is no fee to join. One account per person. Points are non-transferable and tied to your unique customer ID/email.
3. How to Earn Points
You earn points for completing qualifying actions, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to adjust point values and eligibility for earning without prior notice.
4. Tier System
As you earn Points, you unlock new loyalty tiers with increasing benefits:
- Bronze (0–199 Points)
- Silver (200-399 Points)
- Gold (400 + Points)
Tier status is valid for 12 months from the date achieved. You must maintain Points levels to retain your tier.
5. How to Redeem Points
Points can be redeemed at checkout for discounts or exclusive products. Redemption thresholds and available rewards may vary. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively.
6. Referral Program
You can refer friends using your unique referral link. After your friend makes their first qualifying purchase:

You earn a 10% Off Coupon (*$100 min order)

Your friend receives 10% off their first order (*$100 min order)
Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will void both rewards and may result in account suspension.
7. Expiration of Points
Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned. Any unused points will be removed from your account automatically unless new activity occurs.
8. Account Termination and Misuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke points or tier status if we believe you have engaged in:
- Abuse of the program
- Fraudulent or deceptive behavior

Violation of these Terms
Inactivity for 24 months may result in automatic removal from the Program.
9. Program Changes
We may update, modify, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. This includes but is not limited to: how Points are earned, redemption values, tier benefits, and eligibility.
10. Limitation of Liability
KANE Footwear is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by changes or termination of the Program. We make no warranties about the value or availability of rewards at any given time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
