What is Your Return Policy
Kane allows 30 days from the day your order is shipped to return any regular priced shoes.
All returned Kanes must be in unworn condition in their original packaging. To ensure your Kanes remain in excellent condition when trying them on, we recommend doing so on indoors on a carpeted surface.
Please note that we will not be able to accept back returns on shoes that show signs of any outside wear or without their original shoe boxes.
Any Kanes that are not purchased through kanefootwear.com must be returned through that retailer and their return policies are applied.
All returns can be processed directly through, kane-footwear.loopreturns.com by
entering the order number or telephone number associated with the order.
Once received and upon inspection and approval according to policy, a refund or store credit gift card will be issued within 21 days minus shipping cost.
Two Ways To Return/Exchange Your Kanes
1. Return for a refund. There is a handling/restocking fee of $10/pair that will be deducted from your issued refund.
2. Exchange for gift card. Once the return is approved, a gift card will be issued to be used anytime to purchase your new Kanes. There is no additional fee for this service.

We do not offer half sizes. If you typically wear a half-size, we recommend you choose one of the below:
A narrow foot, go one size down (ex. if you typically wear size 10.5 and have a narrow foot- select size 10).
A wider foot, go one size up (ex. if you typically wear size 10.5 and have a wider foot- select size 11).
Stand with your heel against the wall and use a ruler or measuring tape to measure to the furthest point on your foot (usually the big toe). Be sure to measure this way for both of your feet. Whatever is the longest measurement is the length you should go with. Please match this up to the sizing chart provided on the product page to select the correct size shoe.

Yes. We don’t use animals for testing or animal-sourced glue for our dual-density construction. Kane shoes are made with bio-based materials and water-based glue.
All the paper used in our packaging is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. The paper is sourced from forests that are managed for sustainability and biological diversity.

Plantar fasciitis occurs when your calves and/or Achilles are tight. To treat it, you'll need to foam roll daily, do lots of stretching and wear products that have arch support. The Kane Revive has a 10mm heel elevation, relieving stress from the Achilles, supporting your arch and helping prevent pronation. The Kane Revive also has a heel cup that stabilizes the heel, as well as EVA cushioning for additional support.

Yes it is. Folks who supinate tend to have a neutral to high arch. The high arch foot type is a more rigid foot, unlike a flat foot which is flexible. Kane has superior cushion from our proprietary blend of EVA materials. Kane also performs well given its superior construction and ability to stabilize and control the gait pattern.
Kane’s Unique Hang Loop makes it easy to hang your Kanes on a coat hook, clip them to a backpack or hook them on your handlebars. Every pair of Kane Revive shoes comes with three sets of Hang Loops in different colors.
