Jeremy Hills is an ambitious visionary who trains NFL and NCAA athletes in preparation for their upcoming seasons. He has taught performance training to exercise physiologists and physiotherapists in seven countries across the globe.
While centered around performance and longevity, Jeremy’s distinct and unconventional training methods have been featured in a multitude of media outlets including ESPN, FOX Sports, USA Today, and The New York Post.
Jeremy played running back for and graduated from the University of Texas. For the last 15 years, he has called Austin his home. His passion for the active lifestyle and community led him to open The Kollective, a private wellness club in downtown Austin, where others like him can chase their fitness goals and network.
While he trains others, Jeremy also pushes his body in different activities and sports. His activities include functional fitness, basketball, and hiking.
