Timmy Ham—known to many as @iamsloth—is a one-of-a-kind blend of athlete, artist, and father. A former Division 1 running back, Timmy now channels his drive into the fitness and creative world, building a brand that fuses training hard, color, culture, and purpose. His work is rooted in movement—not just physical, but personal and spiritual. Whether he's painting a mural or training, Timmy sees both fitness and art as transformative tools to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with what matters most.
As a father of four, he lives by example—teaching his kids that strength is born from showing up with intention. That creativity and discipline are not opposites, but partners. And that the real work begins within.
Now as an official KANE athlete, Timmy embodies the mission of recovery as a mindset. In every step, he reminds us: there are no rules, no blueprint—only the chance to come back stronger, clearer, and more fully alive.
Where are you located?
I live in Phoenix, Arizona.
What is your career?
I am an artist and hybrid athlete.
What is your goal in life?
To be the absolute best version of myself. I want to fully lean into the gifts and talents I’ve been given—not just for me, but to be an example for my family and others. I want to show what it looks like to commit wholeheartedly to who you were created to be.
Biggest accomplishments?
Winning a national Shorty Award for Best in Art, playing football at a high level, and getting to collaborate with huge brands like the NFL and appear in national commercials have all been amazing. I was also one of the fastest sprinters in college football when I played, which still blows my mind. But honestly, marrying my dream wife, becoming a dad, and—above all—choosing not to quit on myself... that’s the real win. Continuing to chase my dreams with integrity, even with all of life’s pressures, is something I’m incredibly proud of.
How do you use KANEs as part of your active recovery?
I love my KANEs for so many reasons. I’m usually running 40–50 miles a week, strength training, and then spending hours on my feet working on art. So being able to recover while I’m still on my feet? That’s a game-changer. My KANEs stay right next to my bed—they’re the first thing I put on in the morning and the first thing I reach for after a run or a lift. I pretty much live in them.
What is your preferred KANE colorway?
Cloud Gray / Purple Speckle
