Jason & Lauren Pak

Jason and Lauren Pak are New Hampshire–based strength coaches and co-founders of Theory of Motion. Partners in life and in coaching, they turned a shared love for movement and flag football into a global platform focused on confidence, longevity, and intentional training. With decades of experience and a community of over 2 million, they help people move better, build strength, and train for life—together.

What is your career background?
We met in college and bonded over flag football before becoming personal trainers in 2007 at just 20 years old. From day one, education was a priority, earning certifications through Functional Movement Systems, RKC, StrongFirst, USA Weightlifting, Precision Nutrition, Postural Restoration, and more.

After six years coaching in commercial and private gyms, we opened Achieve Fitness to create a welcoming, empowering training environment. Nearly a decade later, we pivoted online during COVID and built a global coaching platform. Today, we operate as Theory of Motion, a brand that reflects our holistic, long-term approach to movement and health.

Where are you located?
We live in New Hampshire with our two kids and our dog, Diesel—balancing family life, training, and plenty of time outdoors.

What is your career?
We’re personal trainers, strength coaches, and fitness content creators, helping people around the world move better, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies.

What is your goal in life?
To stay fully present with our family while helping people move through life with confidence, resilience, and self-trust. We aim to remove fear from fitness and give people the tools to build strong, capable bodies that support a long, meaningful life.

Biggest accomplishments?
Growing our family, signing a book deal (coming in 2027), appearing on the Today Show, building a community of over 2 million people, and successfully transitioning from a brick-and-mortar gym to a global online fitness company.

Athletically, Lauren is especially proud of returning to competitive flag football after an ACL and meniscus tear at age 39. Her goal is to keep playing into her 40s and inspire more women to get involved in the fastest-growing sport in the country.

How do you use KANEs as part of your active recovery?
Our KANEs go everywhere with us—from the gym to the field and through everyday life. They’re a daily staple for staying comfortable and supported between training sessions.

What is your preferred KANE colorway?
Anything white with speckles are our go-tos, and Lauren loves to rock the bubblegum pink!
