Brodie Falgoust—known online as “brodieshredz”—is a fast-rising fitness creator, coach, and personality recognized for blending high-energy training content with comedic gym-culture skits. As a former college baseball player at Louisiana Christian University, he’s built on his athletic foundation to create a massive online presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.

Beyond content, Brodie is the founder of Hellava, a brain-boosting energy and focus gummy brand that reflects his passion for performance, mindset, and elevating daily routine. His background in college athletics—paired with his authenticity, humor, and performance-driven approach—makes him a natural fit within the KANE Footwear athlete family.

What is your career background?
I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing, tried out construction and insurance sales, and eventually realized my true lane was creating. Those experiences toughened me up, taught me how to connect with people, and now I get to put all of that into building my community online.

Where are you located?
South Louisiana—born and raised, and still proud to call it home.

What is your career?
I’m a full-time content creator and coach. I make fitness fun, bring some comedy to the mix, and hopefully give people a reason to show up for themselves.

What is your goal in life?
To help people become the best version of themselves—physically, mentally, and spiritually. If my content helps someone believe in themselves a little more, that’s a win in my book.

Biggest accomplishments?
Hitting a million YouTube subscribers and getting the Gold Play Button. That was the dream when I was a kid, and seeing it come to life was unreal. My goals have evolved since then, but that moment will always be a huge highlight.

How do you use KANEs as part of your active recovery?
My KANEs are my go-to for everything outside of workouts. I wear them around the house, to run errands, to travel—basically any time I’m not training legs or doing cardio. They keep me moving and recovering without even thinking about it.
