Before You Begin

Before starting a return or exchange, please review the policy below to ensure your item is eligible.

Return Policy

Kane allows 30 days from the shipment date to return any regular-priced shoes purchased directly from kanefootwear.com.

Important: Returns must be unworn, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of shipment.
  • We recommend trying your Kanes on indoors on a carpeted surface.
  • Shoes with signs of outdoor wear or missing the original shoe box cannot be accepted.
  • Shoes not purchased from kanefootwear.com must be returned through the original retailer, and their return policy will apply.

Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, refunds will be processed within 21 days.

Refund Notice: A $10 return shipping fee per pair will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchange Policy

If you’d prefer to exchange, we’ll issue a store credit gift card within 48 hours of the return being scanned by the carrier.

Good News: Exchanges are processed as digital gift cards (store credit) that can be used to purchase any product at any time.
This is not a direct product-for-product exchange — you'll place a new order using the gift card.
There is no return shipping fee for this option.

Option 1: Return for a Refund

  • A $10 shipping fee per pair will be deducted from your refund.

Option 2: Exchange for Store Credit

  • You’ll receive a gift card (store credit) to use at your convenience.
  • No return shipping fee applies for this option.
  • This is not a direct swap — simply place a new order with your gift card.
