The Kane x Brianna Cope Revive symbolizes my deep connection to the ocean and my island home.
Growing up on the beautiful island of Kauai, I was drawn to the ocean. Surrounded by so much raw beauty, water and sand, it became my sanctuary - my safe place.Ā
From a young age, I was a water baby, finding my happiest moments while surfing the waves. I was born with a birth defect known as my little hand. Experiencing bullying at school and never feeling like I was āenough or normalā, I found solace in the ocean, a place where I could truly be myself and feel free.Ā the ocean was where I felt most at peace.Ā
As I grew older, my love for the ocean only intensified. It became not only a passion but also a driving force in my life. As a professional surfer, the ocean has not only been my playground but also my teacher, shaping me into the person I am today. My Kane shoe serves as a reminder of my roots, my love for the ocean, and the profound impact it has had on my life - both as a surfer and as a person.

The off white upper of my shoe represents the sand of Kauai and the blue marble swirled sole represents the ocean waves I have beeen surfing since I was 4 years old.
The mantra "let's go" resonates with me daily, serving as a motivator to persevere regardless of the circumstances!! Whether I'm conquering waves or pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, it's a reminder to embrace the challenge and forge ahead with determination.
