Refund policy

Kane allows 30 days from the ship date to return any regular-priced shoes.

Returned pairs must be:

Unworn and in original packaging
Tried on indoors on a clean, carpeted surface
Free of any signs of outside wear

We cannot accept returns without original shoe boxes or pairs
purchased outside kanefootwear.com (please return through the original
retailer).

Start a return anytime at kane-footwear.loopreturns.com using your
order number or the phone number tied to the order.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund or
store credit will be issued within 21 days (minus shipping costs).

Two Ways to Return or Exchange

1. Refund
A $10 handling/restocking fee per pair is deducted from the refund.

2. Exchange for a Gift Card
Once approved, you’ll receive a gift card to use toward your next pair.
No additional fee for this option.
