KANE FOOTWEAR SOCIAL MEDIA TERMS & CONDITIONS

By responding to our request with #YesKANEFootwear, tagging @KANEFootwear, or otherwise granting permission (verbally, written, or through social media interaction), you agree to the following Social Media Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Permission to Use Content

You grant KANE Footwear LLC (“KANE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your content, including but not limited to photos, videos, captions, comments, and your social media handle (“Content”) on any KANE-owned or affiliated platforms.

This includes:

  • Organic and paid content (ads)
  • Email marketing
  • Website and eCommerce platforms
  • Social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube

2. Representation and Warranties

By agreeing, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to grant this permission.
  • You are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
  • Your Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party (including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights).
  • Any identifiable individuals in the Content have given you permission to share their image.

3. No Compensation

You understand that you will not be paid for KANE’s use of your Content. However, we may reach out to offer product, promotional codes, or collaboration opportunities in the future.

4. Right to Remove or Withdraw

You may request the removal of your Content at any time by contacting info@kanefootwear.com. We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from active use but cannot guarantee removal from all channels (e.g., cached or reposted content).

5. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KANE from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from our use of your Content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
